"Cheers To All Lost Blog Friends"

Here we are about midway through our Lost Hiatus and we have so far managed to survive the opposite of being stranded on an island...being stranded away from one! And now that I have rightly thanked Memphish for her inspiration, I would be totally remiss to not thank everyone else in our Lost blog circle of friends for all of their efforts and inspiration as well. It is so great to have all these sites to go to for assistance in interpreting the Lost mysteries, as well as the most important thing to have: favorite peeps of like mind whose brains we can pick if we miss something, or if we just have to talk to someone about a Lost idea or theory that we got in the middle of the night!

Thankfully, we have the big blogs who have some contact with TPTB on occasion like Doc Arzt, DarkUFO, et. al. who get a lot of the inside scoops for us, but it's also nice to have our friendly "homegrown" group of blogs as well. Some forums and blogs as we know are not too worried about being friendly or courteous to posters, and that's their choice, that's alright. But when you tire of slogging through the bad manners and want to get to the point of talking about all things Lost, you like to have the friendly kinds of blogs to go to as well. So thanks to everyone who has taken the time to create blogs where they lay out their theories for us, pose the questions that we might need to pay more attention to, and also to posters who help volley around ideas with everyone. Thanks also for reading my blog which I did not intend on ever doing but, again inspired by Memphish, I hoped that maybe I could vent some of my Lost thoughts in this type of platform as well. I think that I just like making the illustrations though, but at least I'm putting to use the "experience" that I got from writing hundreds of papers and presentations in management school. Whoodathunk?! Professor Ismay might be proud.

Anyway, Thanks Blog Friends! :-)

Y'know Capcom... I've been feeling so busy at work...I just needed a brainbreak.... what nice timing to have such a nice little tidbit! Even though my visits are few and contributions rarely worth much.... its a little oasis! ;-)
Have a great one!

Hey, Hi Lisa! Thanks mucho, and it's very nice to see you again after work started up for you! I hope that you are not swamped. And don't put down your contributions, you come up with some good ideas in your posts! :-)

Try not to work too hard now.

Capcom: You're so right! If it wasn't for people like you and Memphish and TLC, etc. this hiatus would be even more unbearable. Sharing Lost thoughts and sharing some of our lives has been a great experience for me. So glad I've found a group of people who are as obsessed with Lost as I am and have become a great bunch of friends.

Thanks, Capcom, for being another bright spot in a dark sea. I look forward to your posts, and even if I don't always comment I always make the rounds and read. This hiatus (only 129 more days to LOST) is bearable only because of our Lost Community and the blogs it has given birth to.

Group hug!

Ditto what amused said. I don't always comment but I do always read. I have you in my Lost folder and make it a point to stop by in my rounds each day. I love the sentiment today, and am certainly glad to have found such a great group of people to be a geek with :D.

Sometimes it's hard to find time to reply.

I frequently only have time to steal a few moments a day at work just to read the half dozen or so LOST blogs I like to keep up with each day, not to mention to make sure I get my votes in at Dark's.

I enjoy your theories, keep it up.

Namaste,

Thanks and ditto friends! I think that this hiatus might have opened up more new grassroots Lost blogs than even TLE last year, as we can see on the Lostblogspotters link list (Synchromystic's list I think) and everyones' lists on their blogs too. We've really become a huge circle of Lost blog buddys!

Good things can come from hard times indeed, heheh. :-)

Oops should have read LOST-obsessed types.

Capcom,

I share your feelings! I am so happy to have gotten to know you and all the other folks who have been trading ideas this hiatus. It certainly has made the long break much more bearable, plus it's nice to be able to have decent LOST-related conversation and not have to put up with mean-spirited, intolerant posts. We're a different and diverse gang who's brought together by a mutual love of something, and that spirit makes me happy indeed.

129 more days... amused...yeesh.... that makes it so concrete!

Yes Memphish, it sure is very nice to have someplace where the "friendly obsessed" can gather together. Heh, that sounds like "dearly departed". :-)

It's also nice PAA when I have a complicated theory in my head and am not willing to make the effort to lay it all out in print form (especially when it involves quantum physics!) and then someone like you or the other peeps has done it for us on their blog! Sweet. :o)

Capcom,

wonderful blog, and also thank you so much for the links to the other blogs - it always makes for a great Lost day to go to any one of these blogs! Yikes, I've over-used the word blog!

Heheh, that's funny PGT. :-) And "grazie mille", if I spelled that correctly. I just learned a new Italian expression.

STINKIN!! I didn't post a comment here.

I thought I had.

THANK YOU capcom! It is awesome to have other LOST bloggers to discuss our insane ideas with.

When LOST returns I think we will have TRIPLE the fun we are having now. =]
